Veronica Pacella's higher education focused on food and human nutrition, but she didn't want to stop learning after leaving the university, so she dived into Naturopathy, Holistic Disciplines, and Life Coaching. She was drawn to this path because she believes in the uniqueness of each person and the need to nurture this uniqueness.

Veronica's mission, thus, became to help people nurture their uniqueness (their unique body, mind, emotions, and soul) and support them express their unique message to the world.

When you'll go through this module, you'll see that Veronica talks about food as an act of self-care and self-love, and about how you can use food as therapy for your body. She'll also discuss food associations, detoxification and the purification of your body.

Another topic Veronica will discuss is the way your body talks to you and why you should listen to those messages - another very important principle in a holistic diet.
