Bailey Opsal wants to see more women living, eating, and moving intuitively. As a life and wellness coach, she is guiding women to learn how to love themselves, accept their bodies, and live a completely free life.

Through The Sisterhood Collective, she's bringing you a learning module on body image and self-esteem.

This module is all about accepting and embracing your body as it is right now. This is important for everyone, not just people who struggle with their body image. It's all about learning to inhabit the present moment and be good with where your body is right now, not thinking about where you think it should be. We should embrace and accept our bodies as they are right now because when we do, our lives change for the better.

One of the things Bailey will talk about in the module is the 3 levels of body acceptance. Without them, you aren't able to accept and embrace your body as it is right now. You need to understand all levels of body love, and you need to master all of them.

The second thing she'll talk about is what to do when you put on a pair of jeans that are too tight. Something as simple as this can bring uncomfortable feelings up to the surface. Bailey will have you practice the 3 levels of body acceptance in that situation.

The last part of the module will focus on practical tools for showing your body your love and on learning how to respect your body in ways that work for you.
